Executive Personnel Changes
Today, Mazda Motor Corporation's Board of Directors approved the executive personnel lineup to take effect at the conclusion of the 154th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 24, 2020 and the immediately following Board of Directors meeting as follows.
The Company proposes to re-elect the nine current directors (excluding directors who are members of the Audit & Supervisory Committee). Additionally, as none of the directors who are members of the Audit & Supervisory Committee this year are up for re-election, these will remain unchanged.
